Pragnesh H. Patel, MD

Meeting your needs with precise diagnosis and treatment.

Pragnesh H. Patel, MD - Altamonte Springs - Orlando - Ocoee - Clermont “As a physician, I know that no two patients are alike. This is especially true when it comes to allergy, asthma and immunology. There are subtle differences in symptoms and triggers that I must be aware of in order to treat allergies and asthma effectively. No matter what brings you to see me, I will use all my knowledge and experience – along with the most advanced tests available – to diagnose your condition and create a precise treatment plan to meet your exact needs.”

Providing accurate information to help you manage symptoms.

“If you are newly diagnosed with asthma or an allergy problem, you’ll have many questions. Answering those questions is one of the most important aspects of the care I provide. I want you to fully understand your health condition and treatment plan. My team and I will also make sure you know what to do to reduce your symptoms on your own. Specialized allergy and asthma care along with healthy lifestyle changes will help you find the relief you need.”

Dr. Patel has a strong background in clinical research. He has conducted over 15 allergy, asthma and immunology clinical research trials as a principal investigator. Dr. Patel was recently voted one of the “Best Doctors in America” in the field of allergy and immunology.

Jose R. Arias, Jr., MD

Sharing my expertise & personal experiences.

Jose R. Arias, Jr., MD - Altamonte Springs - Orlando - Ocoee - Clermont “After medical school, I chose to specialize in allergy and asthma because I know what it’s like to suffer with these problems. My children have allergies and I have had asthma most of my life. I feel that being able to relate to what you’re going through helps me be a better doctor for you. I understand the physical and emotional side of dealing with these kinds of issues, and I can share my experiences as a specialist, a parent and a patient.”

The importance of specialized care.

“Compared to other medical specialties, the specialty of allergy, asthma and immunology is relatively small, yet what we do is incredibly important. Allergies and asthma affect the lives of millions of people and often require sophisticated testing and treatment. As specialists, my colleagues and I work in partnership with you, your doctor and your entire healthcare team. We are equipped to provide standard-of-care allergy and asthma care. If you’re suffering with allergy symptoms that make you miserable or asthma that’s putting your health at risk, you need this level of specialized care.”

Dr. Arias is active in the American Lung Association and served as President. He volunteers with the National Asthma Screening Program, Boggy Creek Asthma Camp and the Rotary Club and enjoys giving presentations to the local medical community. Andrew S. Bagg, MD

Specialized knowledge and the experience that counts.

Andrew S. Bagg, MD - Altamonte Springs - Orlando - Ocoee - Clermont “The specialty of allergy, asthma and immunology combines my passion for science and research with my desire to ease the suffering of my patients. I have also had allergy treatment in the past that worked very well for me, so I’ve experienced firsthand what specialized allergy care can do.

“Allergies and asthma can have so many different symptoms, and patients don’t always have a ‘textbook’ problem. That’s why experience is so important. Knowing what to look for, putting together all the pieces of a puzzle – symptoms, medical history, lifestyle – helps me get an accurate diagnosis and the most effective treatment for you.”

Keeping you involved in your care

“Giving you the right treatment starts with a very simple but vitally important activity: listening. While I use state-of-the-art tests and procedures, I still believe that you are the best source of information about your own health. Taking the time to listen and understand you is crucial to giving you the best care, and it’s also one of the best parts of what I do. I enjoy talking with you, getting to know about you and your life and keeping you involved in your care. We’ll work together to make sure you get the results you need.”

Dr. Bagg has been recognized as one of “America’s Top Physicians” for the past four years. He gives presentations to local medical training programs and for the American Lung Association. He is also involved in clinical research and is currently conducting clinical studies with medical students from UCF as an Associate Professor at the College of Medicine. He has published his research findings over 20 times and has presented his research at the World Allergy Organization meeting in Thailand. Colleagues have elected Dr. Bagg to be the future president of the Florida Allergy, Asthma and Immunology Society. For the past 2 years, Dr. Bagg was named one of the “Best Doctors in America” in the field of Allergy and Immunology.
